We require 24-48 hours to complete a prescription request. Call our office and press option two to leave a message on our Refill Request voicemail, or through the Patient Portal.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask that you reschedule. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notice. If you miss an appointment and do not notify the office, you may be assessed a fee. This fee is not billable to insurance.
We do our best to make sure that if your child is sick, we see them the same day you call. If we are extremely busy, we may have one of our phone nurses triage your child’s symptoms over the phone to determine if a same-day appointment is necessary.
Transfer of records:
Anderson Primary Care requests that the patient, parent or caregiver initiate the transfer of records when scheduling a new patient appointment. We are not able to schedule an appointment until records are received. Our care team can help you in completing a Release of Records Authorization form if a sick visit is required previous to the transfer. We’ll notify the patient, parent, or caregiver once the records have been scanned into the patient’s electronic medical record and are available for pick up.
